booking policies + guidelines
Our policies are designed to protect both your valuable appointment time and our business. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, kindly take a moment to read through them before booking. Thank you for your cooperation!
♥ A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment online. This deposit will go towards your service.
♥ An active card on file is required for booking any service.
♥ You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time prior to 24 hours of your scheduled service. A fee will be applied for no-shows and last-minute rescheduling and cancellations.
♥ You must contact me if you're running late. If you're more than 5 minutes late, time from your appointment may be deducted with the aim for us to stay on schedule.
♥ No additional guests or children will be accommodated at your appointment. Please arrive alone unless you are a parent or guardian of a minor who is receiving the scheduled service.
♥ Refunds will not be provided for any deposits or services rendered.
♥ New clients must book online and the required pay deposit. Returning clients can pre-book appointments with me, in person after their service.
Appointment Policies
Lash Prep + Care
Before the service
♥ Arrive to your lash extension appointment with no eye makeup-up and preferably no face make-up if possible. The cleaner the natural lashes, the better the bond of the extensions.
♥ Avoid caffeine before your appointment to keep your eyes from fluttering.
♥ A full set appointment can take up to 3 and a half hours - make sure you are as comfy as possible + use the restroom beforehand!
After the service
♥ Wash your lashes and eyelids at least once a day using the cleanser and brush that I have recommended for you.
♥ Brush your lashes regularly with the brush I have provided.
♥ Avoid picking and pulling at your extensions.
♥ Avoid getting your face close to heat and open flames.
♥ If you sleep on your side or face, we recommend a silk pillowcase or silk sleep mask!
♥ Remember to schedule fills every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking as full as possible.
